It is usually a long and difficult road that leads you to your largest goals in life. Accomplishing something of that magnitude is never easy, and will require endless amounts of time and effort. Once you are on the path, it is imperative that you maintain the energy that you began this journey with, lest you leave yourself vulnerable to exhaustion and burnout. Instead, it is best to focus on keeping your efforts consistent and manageable. 

When you fall into a routine of hard labor, it is much harder to break the productive habit. When you start to wear down, or it feels as though the end goal can’t be even remotely worth all of the struggle, it is time to remember why you embarked on this journey in the first place. Use the visualization of your ultimate goal to motivate you to keep going even when times get rough.

You’ve been on such a journey lately, and may be be struggling to continue your efforts in the face of current struggles. You are well aware of the fact that this is not something that will be resolved overnight, and this fact has been enough to push you to inaction. However, you know that this is something that you have the power to overcome, even if it may take some time. In order to get through this period, it may be time to reevaluate the nature of the effort that you are putting in. In order to keep yourself going for a long period of time, you may need to reduce the amount of work that you are putting in on a regular basis. While this may slow down progress, it will also give you more time to rest and recuperate from the struggles that you are facing. 

If you have no choice but to increase the amount of work you are putting in, then this may also be a sign that you need to take a moment to remember why you set are going after this goal in the first place. In the end, it will be worth it.

Nobody gets into a serious relationship with the expectation that it will end one day. In reality, we want romance that will last long into the future, perhaps even up until our final days on this Earth. This is normal, and it is healthy to have high expectations for your relationship. 

However, the stability that these grand goals require is not something that will happen overnight. It will take time to learn all of your partner’s stories, their quirks, and how they like to live. At the same time, it will also take them some time to learn these things about you in turn. Sometimes, these aren’t things that don’t come naturally. It may take significant effort on your part to get to know your partner inside and out.

This may be a sign that you need to put more effort into getting to know your partner. You have big plans for the future, and it is time to ensure that this person is who you want to go after them with. Regularly set aside quality time to spend with your partner, and use this as an opportunity to further strengthen your relationship. Ask them about things that you may not know about them. How well do you know the ins and outs of their childhood and family? Do they have any stories that they’ve meant to tell you but keep forgetting? 

Learning these things may take a large amount of effort on your part, and it will certainly take a significant amount of time. If you truly care for this person, and want to spend your future with them, then this endeavor should be one that is pleasurable and fulfilling.

Try to avoid starting this journey with an excessive amount of effort and enthusiasm, lest you run the risk of burning yourself out too quickly. Stay focused and make your work into a routine that eventually becomes unconscious habit. Not only will it deliver you to your ultimate goal, but it will show those around you that you are able to commit to long term projects; and invaluable skill for an employee to have.

Premature decisions and impulsivity are your biggest enemies right now. When The 7 of Pentacles appears in the reversed position, it may be a sign that you are making decisions without completely thinking them out first. 

While you may believe that there is no possible way that something could go wrong, this does not mean that you are completely invincible. If you continue to gamble in this manner, you run the risk of losing far more than you originally invested. Instead, take some time to step back and consider the implications of you actions. 

Could it potentially hurt you or others in the end? Are you sure that the results are something that you truly want? It isn’t too early to back out, but it may take come careful consideration and self-discipline to make the right decision.
